About PropAstro
PropAstro helps Indian property buyers organise research, compare financial scenarios and see the questions they still need to resolve.
Why it exists
Buying property in India means assembling the picture yourself. Listings show asking prices, not what anything sold for. Developer brochures are marketing. RERA records are public but awkward to read. Infrastructure gets announced years before it opens. Vastu and astrology matter to many families but sit entirely outside the financial conversation.
Most people end up making one of the largest financial decisions of their life on fragments. PropAstro puts the research, the arithmetic and the traditional perspectives in one place, and shows its working.
What makes it different
- It researches, it does not recall. Property-market claims come from a live search of public sources, with the source and date attached.
- Numbers are computed, not written. Every rupee figure is calculated in code from your inputs. The model interprets; it never invents arithmetic.
- Evidence is graded. Government and RERA records outrank developer sites, which outrank listing portals, which outrank forums. Nothing is called verified on a single weak source.
- Astrology is computed, not imagined. Your chart comes from a Swiss Ephemeris engine. No language model guesses a planetary position.
- The layers stay separate. Vastu and astrology are clearly marked as interpretive and can never override a financial, legal or regulatory risk.
What it is not
PropAstro does not list properties, does not hold inventory, and does not take a brokerage. It gives research and analysis so you can make a better-informed decision — it does not give investment advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Verify RERA status, title and approvals independently before you commit money.
Your data
A conversation starts anonymously; nothing is required until PropAstro has shown you it understands the problem. Consent for marketing and for sharing your requirements with a property partner are separate, explicit choices, each recorded with a timestamp. A shared Property DNA card never contains your budget, birth details, phone number, email address or a property address.
Start with a check you can verify
Use our property due-diligence guide to organise documents and unresolved questions, or learn how to compare purchase costs and rental yield. Each guide links to the official sources behind the regulatory or lending context.
Public research depends on accessible sources and configured services. Where evidence or a calculation input is missing, the result should say it is unavailable. A report does not replace a transaction-specific title review, legal opinion or lender offer.
