PropAstro runs real research before the paywall, not a teaser. You see your Property DNA, one genuine market finding with its confidence label, and one real risk it has identified. The counts shown are the counts it actually found — if the research turns up nothing solid, it tells you that instead.
Talking to a human
After your report you can book a paid consultation with a property expert or an astrologer, where available. Those are priced separately and shown before you book.
Questions about pricing
- What is included in one report?
- One complete PropAstro report on your property decision: live research, market and price intelligence, financial scenarios computed in code, a ranked risk radar, Vastu guidance, astrology insights if you opt in, an action plan, and every source used with the date it was accessed.
- Is it a subscription?
- No. It is a one-time payment for one report. There is no recurring charge.
- Do I have to pay before I see anything?
- No. Start with the conversation and available preliminary research. Findings and risks appear only when research supports them. You can review the preview before choosing whether to purchase the complete report.
- Is PropAstro giving me investment advice?
- No. PropAstro provides research and analysis so you can make a better-informed decision. It does not guarantee appreciation, rental return or any investment outcome, and you should verify RERA status, title and approvals independently.
- Do I have to include astrology?
- No. Astrology and Vastu are entirely optional. Choosing market analysis only gives you every other section, and the report says plainly that those sections were not generated.
- Can I talk to a human afterwards?
- Yes, where available. After your report you can request a paid consultation with a PropAstro property expert or astrologer, or ask the team to look for properties matching your profile.
